We all have fell victim to at one point or another. That is part of life. Some people will fall into a for a few hours, others may be in that state for days and eventually manage and conquer that to finally come back to a state of balance, a state of equilibrium.

Once we know that we have fallen prey to depression, the next step to manage and conquer is applying the effort to heal. Go into your mind for a clear understanding and explore the possible ways to solve the problem. Work toward cultivating new ideas that can help you master your emotions. Exploring your mind is an excellent way to spot tricks that can catch the emotions before they start.

Depression can also be genetic and can also stem from psychiatric conditions, such as disorders, medical conditions and chemical imbalances. Environmental conditions such as poverty, addictions, etc. can also lead to depression.
